Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer in our Forex company, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, website graphics, social media content, and other collateral that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a passion for creating compelling visuals, and the ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including banners, brochures, infographics, social media content, newsletters, presentations, and website graphics.
• Ensure consistent application of the company's brand guidelines across all design projects, maintaining a cohesive visual identity and enhancing brand recognition.
• Work closely with other teams to understand project requirements, gather necessary information, and develop design concepts that effectively communicate key messages and objectives.
• Brainstorm and present creative concepts and ideas for various design projects, considering current design trends, target audience preferences, and marketing objectives.
• Produce high-quality graphics and visual assets optimized for various platforms, ensuring proper file formats, sizes, and resolutions for both print and digital media.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines. Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of design assets.
• Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Utilize graphic design software and tools effectively to enhance design workflow and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including print and digital materials.
• Proficient in using design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Forex industry or financial services sector is a must.
