Operations and Events Administrator

PLUGIT is a prime financial technology provider, with a proven track record of excellence and accumulated years of experience in the financial trading industry.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for an operations and events administrator to assist with the management of daily business operations, organizing company events, and administrative tasks.

·     Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.

·     Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

·     Maintain operational management systems records

·     Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.

·     Planning and organizing conferences, expos, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.

·     Liaise with vendors, expo organizers, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.

·     Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.

·     Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.

·     Maintaining employee, client and vendor records.

·     Maintain company financials and budgets.

·     Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.

What we’re looking For

Experience and Skills

·     2+ years of experience as an operations administrator, event planning, or in a similar position.

·     Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.

·     Strong organizational and administrative skills.

·     Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.

·     Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
