Responsibilities

  • Provide HR leadership and guidance to the executive team and department heads.
  • Establish HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure a positive work culture.
  • Managing all HR functions and initiatives locally.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for the organization, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans to nurture their growth within the organization.
  • Develop and oversee employee welfare programs.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to provide insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader in high-tech companies, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, executive development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
