Leptos Estates, member of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit

 SENIOR ARCHITECT

To be based at its Pafos office

Scope and general purpose:

Under the general guidance of the Management, operating within the company’s policies, regulations and procedures, the Senior Architect will be responsible for Large - Mixed Use Projects of the Leptos Group.

Responsibilities:

·        Prepare the necessary architectural studies and designs

·        Be a team leader and member, able to coordinate and guide a team of professionals, designers and engineers

·        Supervise the progress of works, ensuring the conformity with the agreed budget, quality, specifications and time constraints

·        Resolve any problems and issues that arise during design development and construction

Requirements:

·        University Degree in Architecture

·        Minimum ten years of experience in designing, supervision and construction

of high end large residential and/or hotel and/or mixed use projects

·        Good knowledge of local codes and town planning regulations

·        Proficient in Autocad, Revit

·        Ability to work in a team and to be an efficient and inspiring team leader

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Fluency in the Greek and English languages

·        Able to resolve complex issues
