Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our TradeQuo team. We're seeking a highly innovative and driven Creative Designer. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand voice across various platforms. Your unique fusion of creativity, creative skills, and understanding of psychology will help our team deliver compelling and impactful content that resonates with our B2B clientele. As a member of the Marketing team, the creative designer will write and edit content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the account and design teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute design concepts for various mediums, including digital and print materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website assets.
  • It has an above average comprehension of digital and social media requirements and content creation - imagery, graphic, illustration, typography, layout, animation and digital optimization.
  • Conceptualize, plan and design visual assets for websites, landing page, social media, EDM, pop up, web banner, icon, logo, masthead, templates, graphic assets, gif and any related marketing collaterals.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company logos.
  • Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or any related field. 
  • At least 1 year of experience as a visual designer, or similar.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to create explainer videos. 
  • Advanced proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, Graphic design, 3D designs. Video editing skills is a bonus. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with youth culture and a strong grasp of what's currently trending in Southeast Asia.
  • A passion for the app industry, creative industry, and design.
