Mandatory requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.

Duties:

  • Onboarding of new personnel (Drafting and arranging execution of freelancer and employment contracts and liaising with the Accounting/HR/Financial department)
  • Preparation and monitoring of the migration applications of the personnel of the company.
  • Review service agreements, intercompany agreements and other relevant documentation
  • Coordinate and administrate corporate procedures regarding the day-to-day management of our clients’ companies, drafting and preparation of corporate documents.
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date all the corporate files and statutory records of companies.
  • Performing general administrative duties as required.
  • Submission of any required application to the e-filing of the Registrar of Companies.
  • Drafting and reviewing of SLA, SaaS, white label agreements, loan agreements and other service provision agreements.
  • Communicating with other departments of the Company and/or affiliates and/or associates of the Company in relation to corporate affairs of the Company.
  • Assisting the financial department with the preparation of any bank application.

General requirements:

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a complex global group with a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload and proactive thinking.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Russian language shall be considered as a plus.
