AI/ML Engineer

Job Description: As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI algorithms that drive our AI Agents. You will work closely with our R&D and software development teams to ensure that our AI Agents deliver top-notch performance and user experiences. This role involves researching new AI techniques, training models, and deploying them in a scalable and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine AI algorithms focused on natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and human-computer interaction.
• Train and optimize machine learning models to enhance the capabilities of AI Agents.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into the product architecture.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and apply them to improve our products.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and optimization efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Document AI development processes and contribute to patent applications where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques, neural networks, and deep learning.
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and experience with deploying AI models at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document technical processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reinforcement learning, computer vision, or emotional AI.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
