Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Lawyer to join our legal team at DOM. As a Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support within the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting legal research and analysis pertaining to real estate transactions and property laws in Cyprus.

Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.

Providing expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, clients, developers, and service providers.

Managing corporate governance matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Collaborating closely with various departments within the organization to facilitate seamless legal processes and transactions.

Handling employment law matters, including advising on employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and drafting employment contracts and policies.

Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and administrative support to enhance legal operations efficiency at DOM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.

Proven experience in legal practice with a focus on real estate law and transactions.

Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents and agreements relevant to real estate matters.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and concisely.

Previous experience within the real estate industry is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Greek, English and Russian is a must
