Our users have access to a fully interactive back-office platform where they can manage their funds, perform currency exchanges, and make payments in over 100 global currencies. Each user is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who provides assistance, answers questions, and helps users understand our platform.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Sales Specialist located in Larnaca. The Onboarding Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. Their tasks will include onboarding new customers, providing excellent customer service, selling our services and products, conducting training sessions, and managing sales activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Experience in training and onboarding
- Ability to manage sales activities and meet targets
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Fluency in English and additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in the finance or fintech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
