Your role at Exness:
As our Art Director, you will be responsible for developing creative campaigns and concepts together with the design team. You will work in a creative environment that requires proven leadership and vision execution to translate business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, compelling, and visually exciting.
The location of this position is at our HQ in Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support will be provided.
You will:
Conceptualize, review and execute creative campaigns and projects
Collaborate on the ideation and development of creative campaigns with managers, writers, and stakeholders
Present creative concepts to the stakeholders and effectively communicate the creative vision
Support and provide creative direction to the team of designers to bring concepts to life, encourage them to look for new creative solutions
Participate in the execution of the entire creative process
Organize creative workshops for designers
Work with project managers to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and deadlines are met
Collaborate with managers, writers, and stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objectives and audiences
Come up with ideas for design experiments
Participate in the pre-production meetings for projects including photoshoots, video editing, broadcast
What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design
Previous agency experience is preferred
A well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates outstanding art direction, design, conceptual skills and system thinking, as well as a strong understanding of client objectives
Ability to present creative work internally and to clients, as well as to articulate ideas in a clear manner, engage in healthy debate, and provide directional feedback
Ability to collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers
Ability to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts, as well as collect and interpret feedback
Passion for design; non-satisfaction with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
Ability to motivate and inspire top performance against assigned projects
Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
Proficiency in the latest design tools including Figma, Adobe Suite or other visual design tools
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English are a must
Previous experience in fintech industry will be considered as an advantage
