The Site Civil Engineer oversees, coordinates, and supervises all site projects of the company. They communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and all parties involved in the project. They enforce health and safety at the project and factory by taking all required measurements. Additionally, the construction manager is technically involved in the production line, acting as a problem solver, and taking necessary and quick actions. They also monitor progress and performance of the work.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and overseeing projects, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring performance, problem-solving, and identifying any issues that may arise.
  • Leading all works and procedures, supervising, assisting, and providing support to the team.
  • Implementing health and safety measures throughout production and site projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Civil Engineer/ Site Engineer or in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in English language.
  • Health and safety certifications/seminars are an advantage
