Was Dich in dieser Rolle erwartet:

  • Du bist die Stimme unserer Auftraggeber
  • Für welches Projekt Du arbeitest, hängt natürlich von unserem Bedarf und Deinen Fähigkeiten ab, aber da wir sowohl kaufmännischen, als auch technischen Support leisten, gibt es mit Sicherheit auch eine freie Stelle, die zu Deinen Talenten passt
  • Egal für welches Projekt Du arbeiten wirst, Deine Aufgabe bleibt stets die gleiche: Du beantwortest die Fragen der Kunden und gibst ihnen das Gefühl, gut aufgehoben zu sein

 

Was Du mitbringst:

Du bekommst von uns eine umfassende Schulung vor Ort, die Dich auf Deinen Arbeitsalltag vorbereitet. Trotzdem solltest Du diese Grundlagen mitbringen:

  • Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsbereitschaft
  • Erfahrungen im Kundenservice sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrener Umgang mit MS Excel
  • Arbeitserlaubnis für Zypern falls Du kein EU-Bürger bist
