Responsibilities:

  • Review Financial Accounting and Reporting of the Group companies;
  • Involved in the Cash Flow Management process of the Group;.
  • Review of payroll deliverables from external provider;
  • Tax Planning and Compliance;
  • Support the annual audit process;
  • Involved on financial advice for potential investment opportunities;
  • Working closely with the legal department and external professionals ( accountants , auditors) to ensure smooth and effective operation of the Group Companies;
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of accounting/finance experience in the IT/Fintech industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Sound knowledge of Cyprus Personal Taxation and Payroll process;
  • Good knowledge of Cyprus Corporation Tax;
  • Professional Qualification ( ACA, ACCA or equivalent);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Knowledge of Russian (ideal but not essential) and/or Greek (ideal but not essential).
