We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our expanding team at Crystec Spas. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business sales, exceeding sales targets, and providing outstanding service to existing customers while maximising cross-sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Proactively generate new business sales through various channels, including but not limited to, prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

-Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our hot tub products to potential customers.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

-Identify opportunities for cross-sales and upselling additional products and accessories to existing customers.

-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-purchase support.

-Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Crystec Spas as the premier choice in the market.

-Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives and contribute to the success of the retail store.

Requirements:

-Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a retail environment.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
