UQG Limited is on the lookout for a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for precision, we want you on our team

What You Will Do

As a Part-Time Bookkeeper at UQG Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Bank Statement Reconciliation: Carefully reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.

2. Invoice Management: Issue invoices to customers, track payments, and manage receivables to ensure timely revenue collection.

3. Accounts Payable: Monitor and upload account payables into our accounting software, ensuring that all expenses are accurately captured and processed.

4. Journal Entries: Post and process various journal entries to record all business transactions correctly, maintaining comprehensive financial records.

5. Month-End Support: Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations, and preparing financial statements, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Ideally Degree educated in the area of Finance.
