How you are going to make an impact ?

• Provide prompt and efficient support to trading platforms users, assisting with account inquiries, trade execution.
• Monitor and facilitate transactions, ensuring accuracy and security while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated on market trends and news, offering insights and guidance to users on trading strategies.
• Monitor trading activities for irregularities, market manipulation, and potential security breaches, taking necessary actions to minimize and eliminate risks.
• Collaborate with the technical and development teams to escalate and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Execute cryptocurrency trades for high-net-worth clients and institutional investors in accordance with their needs and market conditions.
• Monitor and manage liquidity pools, ensuring that there is sufficient liquidity for OTC trades.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of crypto and fiat balances across multiple liquidity providers and trading pairs.
• Generate reports on trading activity, liquidity status, and reconciliation results for internal and external stakeholders.

Discover your Fit ?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cryptocurrency trading, with a strong focus on OTC and spot trading
• In-depth knowledge of various cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and market dynamics
• Proven ability to manage risks associated with large OTC trades
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and compliance procedures
• Comfortable using trading platforms, market analysis tools, and cryptocurrency wallets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and make informed trading decisions
