Our Banking & Administration Department is expanding and seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Transfers Officer, for our offices in Nicosia.

The Role:

The Transfers Officer will report to the Head of the Banking & Administration Department. He/she will be part of the Transfers Division and will be responsible for managing client banking transactions and providing essential banking administrative support.

See below the main responsibilities:

  • Provision of banking and administration services for a portfolio of clients
  • Managing the accurate and timely execution of clients’ banking transactions in accordance with their instructions, applicable legislation and the Firm’s policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the Firm’s Directors on matters related to clients’ banking transactions.
  • Responding promptly to clients’ queries and requests
  • Performing general banking administrative tasks
  • Other departmental duties as assigned by the Head of the department and other Firm-wide duties as assigned by the Management

What we are looking for:

  • University Degree in Banking, Business, Finance, Economics or other related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both oral and written
  • Good level of proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure adhering to tight deadlines
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethics
  • Accuracy and attention to detail ensuring compliance
