Quantity Surveyor

Due to our constant increase in workload, Byron A. Christou L.L.C. is seeking to employ one Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications

·        University degree in Quantity Surveying preferably, or Civil Engineering or diploma in related field.

·        Very good knowledge of MS Office and specifically MS Word and MS Excel.

·        Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

·        Fluency in both Greek and English language.

·        Excellent organisational and communication skills.

·        Strong attention to detail.

·        Pleasant, self-motivated and team player.

·        Ability to handle pressure and respond to deadlines.

Duties / responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor’s main duties and responsibilities will include:

·        Preparation of cost estimate reports.

·        Carry out Value Management and other cost reduction techniques.

·        Preparation of Bills of Quantities and other Tender Documents.

·        Evaluate and report on tenders received.

·        Valuation of work executed on site.

·        Valuation of variation orders.

·        Final Account preparation.

Working hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:    7:30 am – 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Wednesday and Friday:             7:30 am – 2:00 pm
