? Your Responsibilities:

- Assist the team regarding the Cyprus Labor code, HR policies, and procedures. 

- Coordinate payroll processing, including salary, benefits, bonuses, and reimbursements. 

- Manage the onboarding process, including contract drafting, compliance with Labour Law, assistance with migration requirements, etc. 

- Maintain employment records, ensuring compliance with all employment requirements. 

- Scout for talents and initiate the first approach to them with FlyFish job proposals.

- Analyze and prepare data reports, initiate HR strategy and procedure improvements, and update Human Resources policies as needed. 

? Your Experience:

- Proven hands-on experience in Human Resource management for 2 years. 

- Knowledge and successful application of Cyprus Labor Laws and Regulations. 

- Proficiency in the English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

- Higher Education degree in HR/business management or related fields.

- Ability to effectively meet deadlines, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, result orientation, and self-motivation.

-Salary of 2,500 gross

- An on-site position in a comfortable, pet-friendly office on the Sea side of Limassol.
