As we grow our reporting team, we aim to hire a Reporting Specialist responsible for key functions in management accounting, financial reporting, and ERP system management.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- participation in local reporting of legal entities that operate in foreign jurisdictions;
- managing accounting processes in accounting systems for assigned Solidgate entities;
- preparation of information and documents for internal and external users (banks, management, tax offices, etc.);
- taking part in the annual audits and communicating with the auditors from BIG-4;
- communication with consultants and service providers in various jurisdictions;
- tax compliance and other curious ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- an academic background in economics, finance, or a related field, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree;
- confident using of accounting systems (Quickbooks, NetSuite etc.);
- familiarity with tax laws and requirements in the EU, USA, India, UAE, and other regions;
- proficient in using Excel at an advanced level;
- knowledge of international financial accounting standards and competency in the fields of transactions, banking operations, and payment instruments;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- attention to detail;
- highly organized, motivated, and ambitious.
Will be an advantage:
- English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced (written and verbal);
- experience in international/foreign and IT companies reporting;
- experience in regulated companies (EMI, PI, banks) reporting - huge advantage;
- getting financial qualifications in process (ACCA, CFA, CIMA).
