We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Coordination

- Collaborate with employees, subcontractors, teams and other stakeholders to develop project tasks and meet schedules.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Site Management

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of construction work.

- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations on-site.

- Resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

3. Quality Assurance

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction meets the highest standards.

- Conduct inspections on materials and workmanship to verify compliance with project specifications.

4. Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality incpection controls.

- Provide regular updates to project managers on site progress, challenges, and solutions.

5. Stakeholder Communication & Planning

- Communicate effectively & plan tasks in an effective way

- Address any concerns or inquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field will be considered a plus.

- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Proficient in relevant software tools and applications.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
