As a member of our customer-facing organization, you will play a crucial role as an Oncology Product Specialist, Primary Point of Contact. You will partner with customers to address their needs, educate key stakeholders about our leading immunotherapy compound, and communicate our vision to the larger oncology community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Journey Development Support: Collect market insights and develop tumor-specific patient journeys to improve and save more cancer patients' lives. Understand cancer staging and stakeholder interdependencies to remove barriers and unlock treatment options.

  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and effectively communicate their value to healthcare professionals. Contrast, compare, and position our brand(s) against competitors.

  • Accounts and Customers: Understand complex account interdependencies and develop short- and long-term account plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the account plan.

  • Influence and Collaboration: Demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic questions and obtain customer insights. Use these insights to position our brand(s) and collaborate with customers on customized strategies.

  • Sales & Market Share: Contribute to achieving ambitious sales and market share targets within designated tumor types.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree with sales experience.

  • Equivalent experience can be professional sales experience, work experience in healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) that is not sales-related, or professional marketing experience.

  • 0 - 2 years of oncology field sales experience.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motor vehicle.

  • Willingness to travel as required for the role.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology role.

  • Oncology sales experience with a therapeutic agent.

  • Oncology experience across multiple solid tumors.
