Sales Support Manager

You will:

  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and other administrative support when required
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation, records, and reports
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, including sales trends, forecasts, and performance metrics along with the Head of Sales and SVP of client relations (Acquiring)
  • Monitor and track sales leads
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and execute sales strategies, conduct research on specific areas, such as markets and regions
  • Assist in coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including presentations, procedures, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication within the sales team and with other departments
  • Create and maintain standardized sales templates and documents
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to provide insights to the sales team
  • Gather and compile data for sales presentations and pitches

What we need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative or analytical roles, or related positions within the payment solutions or financial services industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Confluence, JIRA, Trello and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience with data analysis and report generation tools is highly desirable
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payment solutions, financial services, and industry trends
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain full attention to detail
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Comfortable working with metrics and performance data
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment, supporting sales representatives and collaborating with other departments and partners
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address issues proactively
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
