Project Manager

Praxis is looking for a Project Manager to join our expanding team in Cyprus.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are completed o time and within scope.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation. Manage project execution to ensure with business objectives and internal stakeholder requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective action as needed.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure appropriate resource allocation for project tasks.
- Ensure the projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and company policies. Work closely with other teams internally to endure thorough testing and validation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency. Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within fintech or payments.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools and softwares, such as Monday, Jira and Hubspot.
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop create solutions.
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
