About Us:

We are seeking a Corporate Administrator fluent in English and Greek. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience and previous dealings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. Responsibilities include managing corporate administrative tasks, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Primary Duties:

Manage corporate administrative tasks efficiently.

Filing of documents / applications and incorporation of companies with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.

Updating corporate files and records

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Drafting and preparation of legal documents such as resolutions, powers of attorney, share certificates.

Candidate Profile:

Fluent in English and Greek

Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience as corporate administrator.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication and organization skills.
