Our games have been installed 2.3 billion times (that's a third of the world's population), and over 30 million people play them every day.

Thanks to the Localization team, we are scaling our games and enabling players to enjoy our products around the world. As a Localization Engineer, you'll work on a multicultural team with over 40 localization specialists located around the world who translate our games into 13 languages. Thanks to them (and, we hope, soon to you) our games overcome language and cultural barriers.

As a Localization Engineer you will

  • analyze current processes and initiate their improvements
  • interact with various stakeholders and create a plan for improving processes and tools based on their feedback
  • analyze the market in order to find the most optimal solutions
  • optimize work processes according to plan
  • implement AI technologies in all areas of localization
  • moderate services and solve problems that arise
  • train colleagues to work with new technologies and localization methods, as well as create a knowledge base

Required

  • experience working with Localization services - MemoQ, Intento, Gridly or analogues
  • experience with Python, Google Script, Google Sheets, and an understanding of databases and REST APIs
  • understanding of processes in the localization department
  • experience in implementing projects from scratch and initiating improvements
  • fluency in English
  • knowledge of Russian

Preferred

  • experience in implementing AI projects (ChatGPT or analogues)
