Head of Back Office

Limassol, Limassol, Cyprus WISE WOLVES GROUP Full time

You will help us with:

  • necessary records for clients' post-trade processing, payments, settlements of trades with securities, REPO, FX (one off)
  • daily and monthly reconciliations ensuring the accurate reporting to the Senior Management
  • in effective communication with external parties to promptly address and resolve any operational issues
  • charge of updating all the information within internal systems, aligning data with current regulatory standards
  • the timely submission of all required reports to relevant authorities, including: MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, QST, RBSF
  • the reporting process to clients, placing emphasis on the accuracy and completeness of data
  • company's compliance with all relevant CASS regulations and guidelines issued by the CYSEC
  • projects related to automation and development within the Back Office internal software

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • University degree in Finance or any other related field
  • Proven experience within back-office operations, preferably in classic brokerage
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Experience in preparing and submitting various regulatory reports to the CYSEC
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, strong attention to details
  • Language proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy

You will have an advantage if you have:

  • Knowledge of financial modeling
  • CYSEC certificate
  • Good command of Greek
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience at working with 1C
