We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Robura – a forward-thinking real estate asset management company, founded in 2022 to revolutionize the industry through cutting-edge technology. With operations in both Greece and Cyprus, we're committed to innovation, growth, and delivering outstanding solutions to the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean and validate large sets of real estate data, including property listings, market trends, and financial reports.
  • Data Integration: Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes to import and synchronize data from various internal and external sources into our platform.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of real estate portfolios, market conditions, and investment performance to generate actionable insights.
  • API Integration: Work with APIs to automate data retrieval and updates from third-party data providers.
  • Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to internal teams, senior management, and clients.
  • Market Research: Monitor and analyze real estate market trends, investment risks, and opportunities using proprietary and external data sources.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R, Python (or similar).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with real estate industry data is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
