Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Fortify Freight. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, post fixing, coordinating with shipping partners, and ensuring efficient freight transportation.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in dry bulk shipping operation
  • Deep understanding of voyage and time charter operations, laytime, invoicing, etc
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Office and shipping systems (SEDNA, Veson IMOS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, or related field
  • Good verbal and written skills in English
