Seeking a Junior Media Sales Executive to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive online traffic, and track website analytics in Paphos.

Job Description
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and drive business growth.
  • Devise and edit content for various digital platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
  • Help drive online traffic with web-related campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports to inform business decisions.
  • Assess the results of marketing campaigns and optimize for better performance.
  • Assist the COO in writing reports and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage budgets and prepare costings and spending updates throughout campaigns.
  • Define KPIs, measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to measure campaign success.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies to stay ahead of industry developments.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or a relevant field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for excellence.
  • Great team player with strong self-driven skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel).
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
