An established property developer with offices headquartered in Paphos is looking for a Civil Engineer. The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry and an in-depth understanding of construction procedures.   • Reviewing deliverable from consulting team to ensure all deliverables comply with quality and quantity as per client requirements and specifications,
  • Coordination with other disciplines, client based and consultants for civil engineering inputs, schedules and related issues,
  • Attending departmental meetings,
  • Monitoring and meeting the project schedules
  • Ensuring all deliverables comply with the current Cypriot/European laws and regulations for projects of this size and type. CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
    • 5 years' experience in the construction industry
    • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
    • Fluent in English and Greek
    • Good knowledge MS Project, AutoCad, MS Office
    • Excellent planning and problem solving skills
    • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
