Seeking Litigation Partner in Cyprus

We are an established law firm in Cyprus, specializing in injury cases, looking for a skilled Litigation Partner to join our team in Nicosia or Limassol. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of litigation experience before Cypriot District Courts and excellent communication skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present personal injury and medical negligence cases before district courts.
  • Identify and implement improvements in our system for client service delivery, execution of litigation/negotiation work, and provide suggestions to management.
  • Act as a role model through effective positive leadership to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Meet yearly targets and KPIs for revenue and work execution.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and report any concerns/risks to management in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide monthly reports to management.

Candidate Profile:
  • Hold a minimum LLB degree with a 2.1 grade from a British University or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Barrister Vocational Course will be an advantage.
  • Be competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Have excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.
  • Have a customer-friendly outlook.
  • Be able to meet strict deadlines and work under heavy workload.
