• Gather, consolidate, and analyze data analytics requests from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for Tableau development.
• Maintain and prioritize data analytics tasks within the product backlog.
• Delegate implementation of data analytics tasks to Tableau developers.
• Provide guidance, support, and oversight to developers throughout the implementation process.
• Evaluate and ensure adherence to best practices and standards in report development and data visualization.
• Develop and maintain Data Dictionaries in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of data analytics in the business and develop innovative solutions to drive business excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in Tableau report implementation and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to write complex queries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing suppliers and outsource providers.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
