Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Air Freight Export Admin at Eurofreight Logistics Ltd. located in Larnaca. As an Air Freight Export Admin, your responsibilities will include coordinating air freight export shipments, preparing export documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience in freight forwarding program
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages (oral and written)
• Able to multi-task and work on own initiative, able to work under pressure
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills

Duties:

• Receiving and handling of all air export inquiries
• Communication with customers, airlines and agents
• Follow up on all quotations sent
• Follow up on all exports shipments
• Co-ordinate smooth handling of shipments with other depts. within the company.
• Monthly reporting and analysis
• Maintaining good relations with customers, airlines and agents

Working hours: Mon – Fri from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs
