Job Description

To be responsible for setting up and operating a group of Laser and Ultrasonic Assembly Machines, for the production of high-quality products

Monitor, inspect and improve the machines, tools, fixtures, and automation systems to achieve maximum production capacity

Analyze and improve the defect rate of the assembly machines

To make necessary adjustments and mechanical repairs on the machines

To maintain, repair and troubleshoot the assembly machines and auxiliary equipment in a safe and efficient manner, for keeping them in a good condition and ensuring their smooth operation

Cooperate with other members of the engineering team

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in a similar position, in manufacturing environment, preferably in assembly lines of plastic mouldings

Good mechanical aptitude, accuracy and passion for problem solving

BSc or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with extensive knowledge in automation software

Proof of English Language proficiency

Good verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility and positive attitude

Working hours

40 hours / week

Available to work overtime
