Paradox Museum is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer to assist with the sales and marketing activities at Paradox Museum Limassol. We are in search of an individual who shares our vision and values, and whose skills and enthusiasm will contribute to the continued success of our museum in Limassol.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing the annual/monthly sales & marketing plan
  • Aid in promoting Paradox Museum to the market as per sales plan and seasonality
  • Help in managing offline sales & marketing campaigns, track performance and ROI, analyze vital metrics affecting website traffic, and optimize SEO
  • Establish and manage clientele through phone calls, emails, visits, etc., and conduct site tours for potential customers
  • Supervise all online platforms such as the website and social media, OTA's, Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Business Manager
  • Take responsibility for the Gift Shop range, including pricing, profitability, promotions, and stock monitoring
  • Support in preparing monthly reports
  • Organize events and educational workshops

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the entertainment and/or tourism industry
  • Holder of a university degree in Marketing or equivalent field
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Business Manager
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite, with knowledge of Photoshop considered an advantage
  • Skills in organization, planning, control, assessment, and negotiation
  • Customer-oriented, team-spirited, and results-driven
