Established property developer with offices headquartered in Paphos seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

• Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities
• Prepare estimates on preliminary drawings
• Develop budgets and cost plans for projects
• Assess project cost performance and investigate discrepancies
• Summarize design features and construction practices that impact costs
• Prepare contract documentation for contractors and subcontractors
• Issue certificates for payments and final accounts
• Estimate costs of customer requested extras
• Maintain internal variations schedules

• University degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a similar field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in both Greek and English languages
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Strong time management and attention to detail skills
