We are looking for ambitious, passionate and proactive Sales Retention Agents to join our growing, international team.

As a Sales Retention Agent, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing successful continuation of relationships of our existing clients while increasing net deposit growth built on first-class retention strategies. Your responsibilities will include creation, development, and execution of strong retention programs, maintaining positive client relations including aiding clients with trading education, parsing data to define trends and plugging into our teams to help elevate sales. Every customer is important to us – despite being a global brokerage, we pride ourselves on applying a personal touch - so ensuring that every customer feels they are valued and comes away with a positive experience is of paramount importance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Steadfast commitment and desire to build and sustain strong, foundational relationships with our clients based on trust, world-class, individual customer service, support, guidance, and high-level handling of any concerns or queries.

- Experience in retail forex sales space – minimum of 6 months.

- Confidence in using data and analytics to track performance metrics, understand client behaviours and uncover new opportunities for improvement.

- Business fluent in English, both written and verbal is essential. Any additional languages, including French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Dutch, German and more, are viewed as a strong positive.

- Ability to ensure accurate, compliant, current information on our CRM.

- Desire to exceed expectations and approach specified targets as minimum benchmarks to surpass.
