Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Flight Chief located between Larnaca and Lebanon for both the basis. The Flight Chief will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day flight operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of flights, and managing the flight crew. They will also be responsible for coordinating with air traffic control, conducting pre-flight inspections, and organizing flight schedules. The Flight Chief must have strong leadership skills and excellent knowledge of aircraft operations and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Air Force or aviation industry
• Knowledge of flight test procedures and protocols
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance and operations
• Proficiency in program management and resource allocation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., pilot's license, aircraft maintenance license) would be beneficial
