Head of Department: Mathematics

We are happy to announce the professional opportunity within our Lumio Private School team for a dedicated teacher with leadership experience as a candidate for a Head of Mathematics.

We are in the process of building the teachers' staff for a soon-to-be-opened LUMIO Private School in Paphos (Cyprus) with 400+ students. The opening is planned for the autumn of 2024.

The teaching language is English, and some of the teachers' teams are Russian-speaking.

We are looking for a candidate with the following assets:

At least 3 years of successful department leadership experience;University degree in pedagogics;Expertise in personalized competency-based learning (PCBL) and instructional design;Excellent proven leadership and communication skills;Knowledge of advanced and international teaching and learning methods;Willingness to teach as well as to lead the department;English language proficiency – advanced level or native level. Please attach copies of your BA, BS,PGCE diplomas to the application.
