Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Providing after-sales client service and property maintenance;
  • Ensuring effective communication with clients and coordinating expenses with the owners;
  • Offering support for the sold property and swiftly resolving client issues;
  • Managing contractors and suppliers efficiently (maintenance, cleaning, etc.);
  • Delivering after-sales service and nurturing relationships with clients, handling client claims, and ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Offering additional goods and services to enhance client experience;
  • Implementing programs to achieve maximum customer satisfaction;
  • Inspecting property (including common areas) to address any issues before delivering it to clients, leading the snagging process;
  • Collaborating with project managers for any additional works requested by clients;
  • Supervising the installation of electrical appliances/furniture included in the property specifications to meet client expectations;
  • Signing delivery acts with clients and maintaining the client database;
  • Coaching and developing a team to enhance performance and contribute to business goals, while motivating team members;
  • Ensuring high-quality processes in managing apartment buildings;
  • Monitoring department costs and profits, handling payments and financial matters;
  • Preparing necessary reports for company management.

Requirements:

  • Background in construction and/or economics;
  • Experience in after-sales and property management operations;
  • Proficiency in computer usage;
  • Must have a Cyprus permit;
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Russian, knowledge of Greek is advantageous.
