In a Nicosia based office, a Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customers' and partners' inquiries through international calls, chat, email, and social media, ensuring outstanding customer experience. Key duties include monitoring queues, answering complaints, and training new partners and customers.
- Monitor and answer queues from inbound requests (email, chat, phone, and social media).
- Answer complaints and inquiries according to set procedures and guidelines.
- Carry out allocated duties and tasks while applying a customer-centric approach.
- Handle relevant correspondence within set KPI standards.
- Train and coordinate new partners and customers onboarding.
- Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent English language skills, and prior experience in customer service or a related field. They must be well-organized, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
