As a Global Client Lead, you will be the go-to person for emerging fintech companies, helping them navigate the digital landscape and maximize growth opportunities. Your main goal is to propel our clients forward and guide them towards seizing digital prospects. Your focus will be on engaging with C-level executives to drive significant outcomes. Given the scope of these clients, you'll work closely with various teams, many of whom will report to you indirectly.



What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Cultivating strong relationships with global decision-makers and marketing agencies in the fintech sector, providing guidance on digital advancements and growth avenues.
  • Acting as a reliable fintech advisor for the client's Global Headquarters, as part of our extensive partnership.
  • Analyzing data patterns and client performance to devise business strategies, craft compelling presentations, and collaborate on effective digital approaches to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Ensuring the seamless execution of business plans and holding all stakeholders accountable for fulfilling agreed-upon objectives.
  • Advising fintech clients to strengthen connections and establish yourself as their trusted digital consultant.
  • Overseeing strategic events and conferences to boost productivity, often participating as a speaker and contributing to panel discussions.
  • Developing joint business or account plans for key clients to drive growth by understanding their objectives, performance metrics, and obstacles.
  • Advancing our global strategic initiatives with the client's headquarters, in alignment with the priorities set forth in our Joint Business Plan.
  • Managing multiple collaborative projects across different teams to capitalize on growth opportunities and enhance our vertical initiatives.

Skills and Experience You'll Need

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising sales.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.

Qualifications That Will Impress Us

  • Familiarity with various digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Twitter, Reddit, Microsoft, TikTok) and the capability to devise integrated digital strategies.
  • Proficiency in navigating uncertainty and achieving outcomes through teamwork and innovative thinking.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising industry landscape and established connections within the relevant vertical.
