Description of the role

As our client Brand Ambassador, you will be an Outbound Agent, you are responsible for marketing various activities and campaigns to existing customers via email, phone and text message, to maximize their experience. These are not cold calls; this is for existing customers.Monitor client performance and proactively target clients to increase performanceMake sales calls to targeted groups of customers within your portfolioMonitor the daily activity of customers and contact them if necessary, to ensure that they have a positive customer experienceDo your best and best to engage customersAdditional in-house training is provided by the company.

Requirement

Fluent in Portuguese and English.Can be Portuguese from Portugal or Portuguese from BrazilIf Portuguese from Brazil, candidates must have a European passport to applySales Experience - Outbound Experience with the iGaming industry is considered an advantageExcellent writing and communication skills.Credibility when dealing with high valued players.The ability to handle multiple balls in the air, as well as handle your own workload and work under pressureAbility to analyse and draw conclusionsFlexible when it comes to working hoursAbility to work independently but also in teamsGood computer skills (Excel, Word, Email etc)
