Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Representative at Paphos Sea Cruises. The Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, managing cruise logistics, promoting services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. While the role is primarily located in Paphos Municipality, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Sales, and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Tourism and Hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Experience in event planning or coordination
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English is a must
