Role Summary:

It is an individual contributor role based in our Limassol office, is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to ICT systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, and resolving them to ensure smooth operations within the local office and other regional offices.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk administration support and computer/laptop setup, including offsite support, and serve as the first point of contact for IT support (L1/L2)
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues in timely manner
  • Maintain and provide support on IT, telephone system, software and hardware equipment and provide resolution of related problems
  • Maintain and setup Windows/ Network Equipment
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and manage related service contracts
  • Procure and manage the company's IT assets
  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of security software and tools, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to information security and office IT administration.

What We Require from You:

  • Diploma or above in IT/Computing/Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience (work experience in a similar role in a financial institution is preferred)
  • Proficiency in supporting and managing Apple, Windows and Google environments
  • Experience with computer networks, network administration and installation
  • Experience with Windows, Office 365, mobile devices, cloud services and other desktop application support
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and tactfully
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills – able to plan, prioritize and organize
  • Fluent Greek & English
  • Flexibility in work hours. May be required to work outside of normal office hours as operational needs
  • Good to have knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, such as PCI DSS, and GDPR
