Seeking experienced Assistant Crewing Superintendent to join Columbia Group's expanding team in Limassol, responsible for crew management, training, and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct crew changes in compliance with Seafarers' Employment Agreement and agreed with Crewing Superintendent.
  • Verify seafarers' training and qualifications meet Company, STCW, and Flag State requirements.
  • Inform Crew Wages Department of employment status changes.
  • Participate in crew planning, promotion, and career development.
  • Assist in recruitment activities.
  • Review vessel disbursement accounts and follow up on medical cases/accidents.
  • Arrange accident/deviation insurance for non-fare paying passengers.
  • Arrange cash for Master and verify travelling expenses.
  • Perform special tasks as assigned.
  • Implement and contribute to the development of Company's Management System.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping or ship management.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Computer knowledge and organizational skills.
