GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-known Brand based in the heart of Limassol who are searching for a Email Marketing Specialist to join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will develop and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.   • Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery
  • Design, code, and test responsive email templates and optimize them for deliverability and user experience
  • Segment email lists based on user data and behaviour to personalize and target email campaigns effectively
  • Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven optimizations
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and client service to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, preferably in the financial industry
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Campaign Monitor) and marketing automation tools
    • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design and coding
    • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, spam regulations and email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC)
    • Experience with email segmentation, personalization and automation workflows
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, perform A/B testing and make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
