About The Job

We are looking for a passionate, inquisitive, and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. You will support core team functions by measuring live product performance and providing solutions to enhance performance. Your strong background in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and ability to analyse live data will be crucial for driving improvements.

You will need to prioritise, manage, and adapt to a fast-paced environment to deliver optimal business results, utilising our Mixpanel stack with a focus on optimisation opportunities. You thrive in a data-driven environment, have a proven track record in analysis, and are passionate about delivering high-quality results. You will report to the Director and play a central role in supporting growth through constant analysis and experimentation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure proper tracking and tagging requirements via your dedicated Data Product Manager.
  • Own product analysis based on live data to support stakeholder decision-making.
  • Manage business insight needs using a combination of analytics tools, including Mixpanel, Firebase, Appsflyer, and Iterable.
  • Plan and execute an experimentation roadmap for your dedicated product.
  • Own each experiment from launch to conclusion, ensuring solid hypotheses and pre-test analysis.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to share insights and propose actions to improve performance.

Skills You'll Need

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and/or Web Analytics.
  • Proven track record of measuring and analysing online application forms and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Ability to produce accurate, commercially focused insights that track against business KPIs.
  • Excellent understanding of our team structures and adaptability to business requirements.
  • Highly driven, capable, and enthusiastic professional.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and specifically MS Excel.
  • High degree of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail is key.
  • Knowledge of and an interest in digital trends.
  • Passion for working in a data-driven business within a highly regulated industry.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

  • Degree education.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Firebase, Appsflyer, and Iterable.
  • Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of and an interest in personal finance.
