Recruit a Corporate and Banking Administrator in Nicosia with 3+ years of experience in fiduciary or professional services, excellent English, Greek, and Russian language skills, and knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Gathering and processing related documentation for clients' bank account openings
- Opening Corporate and Personal bank Accounts in Cyprus and abroad
- Collecting and reviewing KYC paperwork for new clients
- Maintaining existing bank accounts with updated KYC and corporate documentation
- Developing relationships with new financial institutions
- Maintaining financial institutions database
- Performing ad-hoc Banking tasks
- Assisting with entity formation and incorporation
- Record keeping and administration duties
- Arranging documents, certifications, and apostilles
- Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fiduciary or professional services
- Excellent English, Greek, and Russian language skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
