Recruit a Corporate and Banking Administrator in Nicosia with 3+ years of experience in fiduciary or professional services, excellent English, Greek, and Russian language skills, and knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Gathering and processing related documentation for clients' bank account openings
  • Opening Corporate and Personal bank Accounts in Cyprus and abroad
  • Collecting and reviewing KYC paperwork for new clients
  • Maintaining existing bank accounts with updated KYC and corporate documentation
  • Developing relationships with new financial institutions
  • Maintaining financial institutions database
  • Performing ad-hoc Banking tasks
  • Assisting with entity formation and incorporation
  • Record keeping and administration duties
  • Arranging documents, certifications, and apostilles
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fiduciary or professional services
  • Excellent English, Greek, and Russian language skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
